How to Stream Splendid Video
There are two ways to buy Splendid’s streaming video:
- Instant access (credit card/Paypal only) – for when YOU are the person who wants to watch
- Access code (payment by invoice available) – for when you are buying access for someone else, or for access after payment by invoice

Instructions for Instant Access purchase
1. Choose the Add to basket option
2. This will load the cart page where you have the option to checkout or continue shopping (continue shopping if you’d like to take advantage of the multi-stream offer!)
3. When you’re ready to pay head to the checkout page (you can always use the cart button in the header)
4. Please complete the required fields in the checkout. During checkout you will create a Splendid Shop account – this is how you will access the video throughout the rental period. If you have previously created an account please log in using the returning customer link.
5. As instant access needs to be paid for in advance, you only have the option to pay by credit or debit card/PayPal (a PayPal account is not required for payment)
6. Click Proceed to PayPal and complete the checkout
When you return to the site there will be a summary of your order – you can use the View Now button to watch instantly.
Instructions for Access Code purchase
1. Choose the Access code option
2. This will load the cart page where you have the option to checkout or continue shopping (continue shopping if you’d like to take advantage of the multi-stream offer!)
3. When you’re ready to pay head to the checkout page (you can always use the cart button in the header)
4. Please complete the required fields in the checkout and let us know if you need a receipt/invoice. During checkout you will create a Splendid Shop account – this is required for all purchases, even if you are buying a code for someone else. If you have previously created an account please log in using the returning customer link.
5. Select payment method – both payment by credit or debit card/PayPal (a PayPal account is not required for payment) and Pay with invoice options are available. Please note we can only provide access to videos once payment has been received, so if you’re in a hurry please use the instant access option.
6. Click Place Order/Proceed to PayPal and complete the checkout
We will then be in touch by email to confirm payment/arrange invoice and provide the access code. Please note we can only provide codes once invoices are paid, and we are only available during UK office hours.
Instructions for applying access codes
To access the video at any time during the rental period:
- Go My Account
- If you already have an account at the Splendid Shop, log in with your user name/email and password. If you don’t have an account please register by providing a user name (can be anything), an active email address and a password – all 3 fields are required. Then click Register and the My Account dashboard will load.
- Now head to page of the video you want to watch (you can use the Splendid Streaming Videos link in the header Click Add to basket (don’t click ‘Buy access code’) and the cart page will load.
- In the Coupon code box type or paste the code we have emailed you.
- Click Apply coupon, and your basket total should reduce to zero
- click Proceed to Checkout. Here you will need to complete the required fields (these will be saved as your account details). We collect address details by default even though there is no physical delivery with this product.
- Click Place Order – this will load the purchase confirmation page. You can use the ‘View’ button to go straight to the video page to watch instantly, or login at any point during the rental period (instructions below).
If you have ordered access to multiple streams, after step 3 please load the other title/s purchased and add these to your basket. Your coupon code will apply the discount to the whole order during checkout.
Instructions for watching the videos you own
To access the video at any time during the rental period:
- Log in at My Account
- At the dashboard click Purchased Products, and select the video you want to watch.
The trailer will now have been replaced by the full film and the chapter list will be displayed. You can remove the payment information by clicking ‘hide payment details’.
